Most Experts provide members with a detailed response within 30 minutes, as they may need to gather some details from you and clarify information. Can I edit my question or reply?

You can't edit your questions on AskCrew. Still, you can add new information by replying to an Expert anytime you want. Just click on your question and scroll down. Find the text box and enter the information you want to add or clarify there. Next, click on the Send button.

Yes, just contact us and describe the situation. We will move it to the appropriate category.

  1. Open the My Questions page and find a question you wish to follow up.
  2. Click on it and wait until the question page is loaded.

  4. Click on the Send button.

If your question contains any personal information you would like to remove, send a message with the link to your question to our Customer Care.

Can I send photos or files to an Expert?

Yes, you can add various attachments to your questions. There is an option to add photos or files when you create your question or reply to it. Just click on the Upload icon, wait until the pop-up window is opened, and select the file you want to add. Then click on the Open button. After that, a link representing your photo or file should appear below the text box on your page. Insert text in the Reply box and click on the Send button. The attachments you add should meet the following requirements: each file must be less than 5MB and in one of these formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, ZIP, RAR, PDF, DOC, XLS, PPT, DOCX, XLSX, SWF, FLV, WMV. If your attachment is larger, please resize it.

Yes, you have an opportunity to rate each answer you get from the Experts on AskCrew. If you are not happy with the answer you received, feel free to ask the Expert for clarification so that they may improve their response. If you still are not satisfied with the answer you got, you always have an option to request a new Expert. Please contact us, and we'll connect you to another Expert.

How do I give a rating to my answer?

You can rate your answer by selecting one, two, three, four, or five stars of the five stars in the top right corner of the question page. Please note that your Expert will not receive the money for helping you until you rate the answer. If you can't click on the stars or they are grayed out, let your Expert know about it.

I gave a positive rating by mistake. What can I do with this?

If you gave a positive rating by mistake but were not satisfied with your answer, contact us. We will fix it and help you find another Expert.

I can't sign in. What should I do?

If you can't log in, first, check that you enter the correct username and password. Your username is your email address. If you forgot your password, request a new password by clicking Forgot password at login page. Also, check that you have all cookies enabled on your web browser. You may also need to add AskCrew to the list of trusted websites in your web browser.

It means that you probably have already created an account on AskCrew in the past. Try to log in using this email address. If you don't remember your password, click Forgot password at login page to reset it. Once you receive a new password, you will be able to log in and ask your question.
